1. Purposes of Data Processing by the Responsible Party or a Third Party

We process your personal data solely within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data protection law of 2018. Article 6(1)(a) serves as legal basis in case we seek your consent concerning the processing of personal data. Article 6(1)(b) serves as legal basis when processing data needed for the performance of a contract with you. This is also the case for processing steps which are necessary for implementing pre-contractual measures. Article 6(1)(c) serves as legal basis in case the processing of data is necessary for us in order to comply with legal obligations. Article 6(1)(f) serves as legal basis in case the processing of data is necessary for protecting a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if your interests and fundamental rights do not outweigh the interests of the first-mentioned parties.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for any other purpose than stated above. We only transfer your personal data to a third party if:

  • we have received your explicit consent,
  • he processing of data is necessary for the performance of a contract with you,
  • the processing of data is necessary to comply with legal obligations,
  • the processing of data is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding and legitimate interest that your data shall not be transferred.

 

2. Erasure or Locking of Data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only keep your data as long as needed to achieve the purposes stated in this policy or as long as the various retention periods of the legislator demand. After the respective purpose ceases to apply or the respective retention period is over, the corresponding data will be locked or erased as a matter of routine and according to the legal provisions.

 

3. User of our Website

3.4. Embedded YouTube Videos

On some of our websites, YouTube videos are embedded. Operator of the corresponding plug-ins is the YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you access a website with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers will be established. YouTube will hence receive the information which websites you have visited. If you are logged in with your YouTube account, YouTube can match your surf behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by signing out of your YouTube account first.

Once a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information regarding the user behaviour.

If you have deactivated the saving of cookies for the Google Ad program, no such cookies will be used when you watch a YouTube video. YouTube however saves non-personal information regarding its use in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you need to block the saving of cookies in your browser settings.

4. Rights in Relation to Personal Data (Rights of the Data Subject)

We reserve the right to adapt this private policy for it to constantly comply with the current legal requirements or in order to make changes in the private policy regarding our services, for example introducing new services. For your next visit, the updated private policy then applies.
